PRESENTATION & GETAWAY TERMS

Presentation Attendance: Attendance at a 90-minute informational presentation is required to receive complimentary getaway. Presentation times: Tuesday-Thursday (1pm, 4pm PST), Friday (9am, 12pm PST), Saturday (9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm PST).

Getaway Activation: Complimentary getaway certificates require activation within 30 days of receipt. Activation fees, taxes, and incidental costs apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Eligibility Requirements: Participants must be 25+ years old, married couples or domestic partners, with combined household income of $50,000+. Valid credit card required for activation fees and incidental charges.

Travel Club Membership: Desert Oasis Club operates in partnership with Miracle Hot Springs Resort. No purchase obligation. Membership benefits and pricing will be presented during the informational session.

No Purchase Necessary: No obligation to purchase membership. Getaway offer valid regardless of purchase decision during presentation.

Scheduling: Presentation times are subject to availability. Alternative dates may be offered if preferred time is unavailable.

Validity: This promotional offer is for qualified participants only. Certificates have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Cancellation: 24-hour notice required for presentation cancellations or rescheduling.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding your presentation appointments, booking confirmations, reminders, or special offers.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. Fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. Desert Oasis Club does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier’s rates apply.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Desert Oasis Club in the following ways:

  • By providing your phone number on our online booking forms and checking the SMS consent box
  • By texting a keyword to our designated number during a promotional campaign
  • By verbally providing consent during phone conversations with our representatives
